For public health and safety, please follow directions from staff while on-site. Enclosed shoes must be worn.
Threatening or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and staff reserve the right to refuse entry to customers who do not adhere to instructions.
If you are bringing in a mixed load, please separate the waste streams (general waste, green waste, recyclables) into different piles in your vehicle/trailer prior to visiting the site to make unloading more efficient and increase material recovery.
The site is primarily for residential use. Commercial vehicles larger than 4.2m may be refused entry depending on the amount and type of waste for disposal. We recommend calling prior to attending site to confirm that there is capacity to facilitate the request (this is a transfer facility and not a landfill). Customers need to adhere to the direction provided by the EMRC.
For more information, including current fees and charges for all customers including residents and commercial businesses, please refer to the Baywaste section on the EMRC website.
